Consent to the processing of personal information (data)
1. Provision of information by the Client:
1.1. When registering on the site (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the Customer provides the following information: Name, First name, Patronymic, telephone number, e-mail address. When ordering the Customer, the Customer must provide the following information: Surname, Name, Patronymic of the recipient of the Order, e-mail address, contact phone number.
1.2. By providing his personal data, the Customer agrees to processing (until the Customer withdraws his consent to the processing of his personal data) by Santa Lucia LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), in order to fulfill the Seller's and / or its partners' obligations to the customer, Sale of goods and services, provision of reference information, as well as for the promotion of goods, works and services, and also agrees to receive advertising and information messages and service messages. When processing personal data of the Client, the Seller is guided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the Federal Law "On Advertising" and local regulatory documents. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the relevant norms of the law.
1.2.1. If the Customer wishes to clarify his personal data, block or destroy it in case personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, or in case of the client's desire to withdraw his consent to processing personal data or eliminating Wrongful actions of LLC "Santa Lucia" with respect to his personal data, he must send an official request to mail
If the Customer wishes to delete his account on the Site, the Client applies to us at with the appropriate request. This action does not imply withdrawal of the Customer's consent to the processing of his personal data, which according to the current legislation occurs in the manner provided for in paragraph 1 of this paragraph.

1.3. Use of information provided by the Client and received by the Seller.
1.3.1 The Seller uses the data provided by the Customer during the entire term of the Customer's registration on the Site in order to:
• Registration / authorization of the Customer on the Site;
• processing of the Customer's Orders and for fulfilling its obligations to the Client;
• to carry out activities to promote goods and services;
• evaluation and analysis of the work of the Site;
• informing the client about promotions, discounts and special offers through electronic mailings.

1.3.2. The Seller has the right to send messages of advertising and information character to the Client. If the Client does not wish to receive advertising and information messages from the Seller, he must write an appropriate request to mail
2. Provision and transfer of information received by the Seller:
2.1. The seller agrees not to transfer the information received from the Customer to third parties. The provision by the Seller of information to agents and third parties acting on the basis of an agreement with the Seller is not considered a violation for the fulfillment of obligations to the Client and only in the framework of contracts. It is not considered a violation of this clause that the Seller transfers to third parties data about the Customer in an impersonal form for the purpose of assessing and analyzing the work of the Site, analyzing the Customer's purchasing characteristics and providing personal recommendations.
2.2. It is not considered a violation of the obligation to transfer information in accordance with reasonable and applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.3. The seller has the right to use the technology "cookies". "Cookies" do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties.
2.4. The seller receives information about the ip-address of the visitor to the Site and information on which link the visitor came from. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
2.5. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided by the Customer on the Site in a public format.
2.6. The seller, when processing personal data, takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.
3. Storage and use of information by the Customer
3.1. The Client undertakes not to disclose to third parties the login and password used by him for identification on the website
3.2. The Customer undertakes to ensure due diligence in the storage and use of the login and password (including but not limited to: use licensed anti-virus programs, use complex alphanumeric combinations when creating a password, not to make available to third parties a computer or other equipment with the entered on it Login and password of the Customer, etc.)
3.3. In the event that the Seller has any suspicions regarding the use of the Customer's account by a third party or malicious software, the Seller is entitled to unilaterally change the Customer's password.
